The Basic

The Traditional

Two eggs, a 1/3 lb. beef patty, hash browns and toast.

Country-Fried Steak

A large breaded serving of country-fried steak smothered in sausage gravy, plus two eggs, hash browns and toast.

Southern Combo

Two biscuits and sausage gravy, two country fresh eggs and hash browns.

Corned Beef Hash

Served with two eggs, hash browns and toast.

Omelettes

All served with your choice of white, wheat, rye or English muffin toast and hash browns.

Cheese

Ham & Cheese

No "ham by-products" here. This 3 egg omelette is stuffed with hickory smoked pit ham and a blend of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.

Sausage and Cheese

Denver

Ham, onion, and green pepper. Cheese can be added for additional fee.

Veggie

Tomato, mushroom, green pepper and onion. Cheese can be added for additional fee.

Big Daddy Special

It takes four eggs to hold this one together. Loaded with ham, cheese, tomato, onion, mushroom, green pepper and stuffed with hash browns.

The Minnesota Omelette

For Northerners with a big appetite! Made with four eggs, ground beef, green peppers, onions and smothered in beef gravy.

Big Mama Combo
